Global food security is not so secure

A UK government study is warning of the global food production system being overwhelmed ""a perfect storm" of a growing population, climate change and diminishing resources". It calls for changes to the entire global food system, and for governments to revise the way they think about food in order to solve the problem: food shouldn't be considered in isolation but should be integrated with all the other factors involved in food production and consumption (water, energy, climate change, etc) - http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/science-environment-12249909
